Our fitness classes at Diamond Fitness are designed for ages 13+ and are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Each class is built to challenge you while allowing you to go at your own pace. Small Group Training

 Small Group Training at Diamond Fitness MMA offers coaching in a motivating, team-focused setting. Enjoy the attention of a trainer with the energy and accountability of a group to help you reach your fitness goals faster.  

  • 30-minute circuit-style small group sessions for fast, focused, and effective workouts
  • Maximum of 10 participants per class for personalized attention
  • Energizing group training environment
  • Multiple formats offered: Lower Body Strength, Cardio & Core, HIIT, and Women’s Only Strength Training
  • Designed to deliver results without the intimidation of a big gym crowd

Cardio Boxing

Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:00 PM | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 AM, 55+ cardio kickboxing Fridays 9 am

  • High-energy conditioning and bag work class
  • Uses boxing movements, bodyweight exercises, and basic combinations
  • Burns calories and builds endurance without complex combos
  • Great for beginners, athletes, and anyone wanting a fun, effective workout
  • Special 55+ cardio kickboxing class on Friday mornings
  • Lower-impact workout designed to improve balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health for active aging
