Hey, Jason. Words cannot describe all that you have done for me. When I met you, I was overweight and very unhappy with my figure and health. However, what you saw was different. You looked at me and saw all my potential and all my success. I have never had anyone believe in me or stand behind me the way you have. I know that you will say that I did all the hard work, that you were”just my coach”. You will never be a “just anything”. To me, you are an amazing and talented young man. You pushed me to get my life back and claim it as mine again. Not only have you help me shed over 30 pounds, you also helped me to cut back on the pain medication I’ve been taking for a few years.
You believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. You drove me crazy at times and I know that there were times that the feeling was mutual. But, you knew exactly what you had to do to get me to respond in the most effective way. And for that, you will forever be in my heart. You have the same compassion and energy for everyone you meet. You truly have passion in your life and in your work. Your clients, family, and friends are blessed to have you in their lives. I know that is how I feel about you.
Jason, I want to truly thank you with all that I am and all that I am becoming. You came into my life when I needed you the most and I know that it was meant to be. If there is ever anything I can do to help you in your endeavors, please let me know. I am living with a passion now and I know my husband and children thank you as well. They now say and see how happy I am, and how determination can get you to new heights. I’m sure like myself they can’t believe I am now training to compete in physique class show. “What do you train for?”
The question asked at my consultation with jay. My answer, I didn’t have one.
After training with a big name personal training gym for almost 2 years, Jay made the transition so easy and seamless. Training with him is more than a workout. It’s understanding each other, setting goals, building a report and of course a friendship. Within the three short months of working with Jay, I have experienced major changes not only in my fitness and strength abilities but more importantly my body. He pushes me to do my absolute best, step out of my comfort zones and brings out the best I can do. I am beyond excited to continue my path working with Jay and to smash more goals.
I now look back and ask myself that ultimate question, “what do you train for?” I train for me! I train to make those skinny jeans look hot. I train to lift more weight and more importantly I train for our goal, to step out of my comfort zone and step onto the fitness stage. Thank’s Jay!
I have been training with Jay for over a year. After not having been in a gym for many years, Jay customized a workout routine that fit my older lifestyle as well as my unpredictable schedule, all the while making it an enjoyable experience. I look forward to continuing my training with Jay and would highly recommend him for anyone interested in joining a gym.
Whether it’s wanting to improve yourself through fitness training or wanting to learn to fight, in my experience Jay is the guy to go to.
